We are dedicated to helping our clients design, implement, and manage community-based
projects that promote high achievement and equal opportunity for children, youth,
and adults. Pursuant to achieving our mission, we provide client-centered services
tailored to specific project and target population needs.

Core Services
We work with our clients to identify suitable funding opportunities and help design,
prepare, and submit applications for federal, state, and private grant funding.
The Spectrum Grant Lab offers a wealth of experience and
expertise that can supplement or enhance your grant writing efforts. These services
are offered at no cost; working simply on a Memorandum of Understanding that
Spectrum RED will be contracted to provide other services it specializes
in (evaluation, data analysis, and/or other services). To date, we have secured
over $200 million in grant funding for our clients.
We provide research and evaluation services to grant-funded education and health
related projects across the United States and Virgin Islands. Spectrum evaluators
use advanced theoretical methodology in conjunction with the latest technologies
to:

- Report Results
We provide high-quality evaluations based on grant goals and objectives. Our evaluators
work directly with clients to develop and implement evaluations that will directly
benefit both the client-organization and the grant funder. Spectrum evaluators also
train and provide on-going assistance to their clients in utilizing the results
of evaluations for continuous improvement and decision-making. Since 1997, We have
evaluated over 100 projects.
